Military Appreciation Day

HOSTED BY 17 WING AND CFB WINNIPEG

Have you ever wondered what kind of training our RCAF service members go through? Want to take a peek inside a military police cruiser or fire truck? This is your chance! Come learn what our military and public service members do in support of the RCAF.

Displays and activities include:

  • Winnipeg Jets Ball Hockey rink with Mick E. Moose!
  • Search-and-Rescue (SAR) Tech rappel off the museum roof
  • Air Cadet Flight Simulator
  • F-18 Fighter Jet Cockpit
  • 402 Squadron showcase including the Dash-8 Static
  • Fire Truck and Fire Safety House
  • Military Police Cruiser
  • Snacks / Face Painting / Dress-up
  • Inflatable obstacle course
  • Kids SWAG bag and PRIZES!

This event takes place at the Royal Aviation Museum and is hosted by 17 Wing and CFB Winnipeg.
