The Winnipeg Gliding Club visits the Royal Aviation Museum

Get ready for an unforgettable aviation experience! Join members of the Winnipeg Gliding Club March 14-16 at the Royal Aviation Museum of Western Canada to learn all about the thrilling world of glider flying. Their expert team will be on hand to answer your questions and share what makes soaring so exhilarating!

The Winnipeg Gliding Club offers hands-on training in the art and science of gliding. It’s a fun, affordable way to dive into aviation and experience the joy of flight like never before.

As a volunteer-run organization, the Winnipeg Gliding Club is dedicated to promoting the sport of soaring and the broader world of aviation. Whether you’re looking for a new hobby or want to take your passion for flying to new heights, they are on-site to help you!

Flights are available to the public! Taking place most weekends and holidays from May to October, with weekday flights available by prior arrangement. To fly with the Winnipeg Gliding Club, you must be 12 years or older. Please note that certain height and weight restrictions apply.
