Terms & Conditions
Purchase of a pass constitutes the pass holder’s acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions.
Passes are valid for one year following the date of your purchase and are subject to earlier termination for failure to follow these Terms and Conditions or applicable museum policies.
All fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Passes may not be sold and have no cash value.
Pricing, discounts, participating retail partners and availability are subject to change and limits on supplies. Prices do not include applicable taxes. Discounts cannot be combined with other offers.
The museum will collect, use and disclose pass holder personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
Student and senior passes require reasonable proof of status, such as a valid student ID or a driver license.
Children under 2 years old are free. Youth passes are available to individuals 12 years old or younger. Student Passes are available for individuals 13 – 17 years old. Seniors passes are available to individuals 65 years of age or older.
Family passes and couples passes are available to individuals who live in the same household. If your household has a child under 2 years old, you are not required to include them on your Annual pass until they are over 2 years old. As an example, a household with two adults and two children (3 years and 18 months old), can purchase a Family Pass with 3 members.
The museum is not responsible for lost passes. The museum reviews the right to correct any errors in pricing or other benefits.
