Join us for Beer, Bites, and Flights, the launch of Trans Canada Brewing’s 2023 Starfighter Triple IPA.
Enjoy samples from Trans Canada Brewing’s aviation-themed lineup of beers including:
- Starfighter Triple IPA: This full-bodied Triple IPA is brewed and triple dry hopped with Galaxy hops, Citra hops, and Cascade hops to bring forward intense, explosive layers of citrus, stone fruit and tropical punch. The extreme bitterness from the hops is balanced by the sweet malt backbone and elevated alcohol content.
- Arrow IPA: Dry hopped with Amarillo hops, this IPA is loaded with aromas of grapefruit and citrus. The 60 IBUs are balanced by the subtle sweetness of the malt body.
- Avenger American Pale Ale: An ode to the vibrancy of American Citra hops, this late-hopped beer is filled with notes of citrus and tropical fruit. The subtle hop bitterness is balanced with biscuit-honey malts leaving a smooth finish on the palate.
- The Ghost of Charron Lake: Our collaboration beer with the Royal Aviation Museum. A hazy beer just like the murky waters it was pulled from with bold hops as strong as the pilots who escaped the plane.
We’ll have Starfighter pilots on site to talk about the plane and tell stories of being in the cockpit.
