Babcock Canada will be parking one of their CL-215 water bombers in Aviation Plaza for a few days in October and on October 7, visitors will have the chance to tour the inside of this aircraft!
Several of Babcock’s Aircraft Maintenance Engineers will be on-site to answer questions and provide tours.
Babcock Canada has a contract with the Government of Manitoba for aerial wildlife suppression. During the 2022 wildfire season, Babcock conducted 342 missions, logged 2,500 flight hours, and dropped 44 million litres of water.
Included with paid admission or upon presentation of an annual pass.
